Double Your Proficiecy In Half The Time

with little known tricks I learned after breaking my hand!

Contrary to Popular Belief,
You Don't Need to Practice More to Improve!

You need to learn how to practice smart. Piano Ninja Tricks helps you do that so you can focus on what's really important…. making music with joy and ease.

When I Broke My Hand,
I Was Told I'd Never Play Piano Again

I'm Lisa Spector,
a Juilliard graduate.

I'm Lisa Spector, a Juilliard graduate.

When a bizarre fall caused seven complicated fractures to my right hand (needing four surgeries), my hand therapist told me I'd never play piano again.

Little by little, I applied a series of secret techniques I'd learned from the best, until I was playing Chopin Sonatas and Etudes, Rachmaninoff and Brahms to my heart's content.

What got me there?  I call them my Piano Ninja Tricks, and now I'm teaching them to you in a live virtual Piano Ninja Tricks Mini-Course!

“The beauty of Piano Ninja Tricks is that some of the topics wouldn't come up during a one-on-one lesson but are quite helpful to study in a casual, virtual setting with fellow pianists. And, I really loved the session on The Mind Game.”
Eric H.
“With Lisa's positive encouragement, I recently performed my first full public recital in over 25 years, playing music I only dreamed about in my past!”
Jay M.

Are you a dedicated Intermediate to Advanced Level Classical Pianist — teen to senior — that loves playing Bach, Beethoven, Brahms and the great composers, but…

You'll learn tricks I acquired from my studies with (name drop warning) Earl Wild at Juilliard, John Perry while getting my master's degree at U.S.C., and during private lessons with Leon Fleisher.

I'll teach you to start with good habits and avoid the bad habits that cause major time sinks that get you stuck on the same piece of music forever without it ever getting easier!

Whether you’re playing Bach Preludes, Chopin Ballades, or Brahms Intermezzi, you’ll learn tricks to make your time at the piano more enjoyable and productive.

I may not be your teacher, but I can be your practice buddy, guiding you in the right direction whenever you need me.

I'm here to support your teacher and make your lessons more enjoyable and easier for your current teacher.

Because, when you're establishing smart practice habits on the days in-between your lessons, it'll speed up your progress you make during your private lessons.

In the Piano Ninja Tricks Mini-Course, you'll learn how to...

  • Open your heart to making music
  • Learn more music in less time
  • Accelerate your learning
  • Choose efficient, reliable fingering
  • Effortlessly play fast octaves
  • Secure accuracy when jumping octaves
